🎯 What You’ll Do
Act as the main point of contact for partner schools
Coordinate daily operations: timetables, tutor schedules, and programme logistics
Communicate with tutors and provide ongoing support
Assist with tutor matching and class arrangements
Maintain programme quality in collaboration with curriculum/content teams
Manage class reports, feedback forms, and other documents
Handle general administrative support as needed
🕒 Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Mostly remote; school or office visits approx. 2–3x/month
✅ Requirements
Excellent communication in English & Cantonese
Strong organisational and time-management skills
1–2 years of experience in education, admin, or programme coordination preferred
Able to work independently, solve problems, and multitask
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, WhatsApp
💸 Salary & Benefits
HKD $14,000–$19,000/month (depending on experience)
Performance bonus every 6 months
