Key Responsibilities
- General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Communication: Handle email correspondence and other communications efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Document Preparation: Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Customer Support: Provide support to students and instructors as needed.
- Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with online communication tools.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
